How It Works

  • Schedule a visit online

  • Speak with a licensed medical provider by phone

  • Receive medical advice, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions when appropriate

All visits are conducted as audio-only phone consultations. No video is required.

Our Providers

Care at Docs Hotline is provided by licensed Florida medical professionals, including:

  • Physicians (MD/DO)

  • Physician Assistants (PA) practicing under the supervision of licensed physicians

All providers follow evidence-based medical guidelines and Florida telehealth regulations.

What We Treat

Docs Hotline is designed for non-emergency conditions, including:

  • Cold, flu, and respiratory symptoms

  • Urinary symptoms

  • Gastrointestinal concerns

  • Rashes and skin conditions

  • Minor infections

  • Medication questions and refills (non-controlled)

  • Work and school notes

If a condition is not appropriate for telehealth, patients will be advised to seek in-person care.
